Return and Refund Policy

Suaro Titan conducts all its commercial activities under the legal entity Akduman Conta Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi. All returns and cancellations on our website are managed in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

1. Right of Withdrawal and Return Period

  • Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving their order without giving any reason.

  • Return requests must be submitted in writing to us within this period.

2. General Conditions for Returns

  • The product to be returned must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging (including all accessories and gifts, if any).

  • For technical products (gaskets, seals, etc.), it is essential that the product has not lost its resalable characteristics.

3. SPECIAL NOTICE: Non-Returnable Products (Manufacturer Protection)

According to legal regulations, the right of withdrawal (return) cannot be exercised in the following cases:

  • Custom Production: Products prepared/manufactured according to the customer's special requests, technical dimensions, or personal needs.

  • Mounted Products: Gaskets and sealing elements that have been mounted, even for trial purposes, or have come into contact with oil, fuel, or dirt cannot be returned as they cannot be resold for safety and technical reasons.

  • Technical Products with Opened Packaging: Products whose protective packaging has been opened and whose technical integrity has been compromised.

4. Return Request and Process

  • You can submit your return request along with your order number via email to info@suarotitan.com.

  • Once your request is reviewed, the shipping address for approved returns will be shared with you.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Company-Related Errors: Shipping costs for returns due to wrong product delivery or manufacturing defects are covered by our company.

  • Customer-Related Returns: For returns due to a change of mind or incorrect ordering, the shipping cost belongs to the customer.

6. Refund Process

  • After the returned product is inspected, the refund process is initiated within 7 (seven) business days.

  • Refunds are made through the original payment method used during the purchase.
