SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

This website operates under the Suaro Titan brand, and all sales, shipping, and delivery processes are managed by AKDUMAN CONTA SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ.

1) Handling and Transit Times

  • Handling Time: Orders are processed and handed over to the carrier within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Transit (Delivery) Time: Delivery across Turkey via our carrier partners takes an average of 2–5 business days.

  • Estimated timelines for custom production or out-of-stock items will be communicated to the customer separately.

2) Payment and Order Confirmation Orders placed through the website are confirmed and processed once the payment (Bank Transfer / EFT) is successfully received.

3) Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: All orders of 2,500 TL and above qualify for free shipping.

  • Standard Shipping: For orders below this threshold, shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total weight of the products.

4) Delivery Address and Responsibility Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer during checkout. Our company is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

5) Damaged Shipments It is recommended to inspect the package upon delivery. In case of visible damage, a "Damage Assessment Report" (Hasar Tespit Tutanağı) should be filed with the courier. Please contact us with your order number regarding any issues after delivery.
