Custom-cut gaskets
We bring our experience in engine and industrial gasket manufacturing to non-standard sizes, with the same quality control.
A gasket cut from sheet material to the required inner and outer dimensions, hole pattern and thickness, for connections that are not covered by standard sizes. The same need is also searched as a custom-size gasket: a gasket that fits the part exactly, with the material chosen for the medium, temperature and pressure.
Wherever a catalogue size does not fit. Typical applications:
Dies are made in-house, so there is no dependence on outside suppliers and lead times are shorter. Thickness, dimensions and edge integrity are checked in every batch; production runs under an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system. We have been manufacturing at our facility in Şişli, Istanbul since 1997.
Materials
The medium, operating temperature and pressure class determine the material. If you are not sure, simply describe the operating conditions and we will recommend a suitable sheet for you.
Yes, both describe the same need: a gasket with no standard catalogue equivalent, whose size, shape and material are set by the application. “Custom-cut” refers to the production method, “custom-size” to the need itself.
Dimensions (inner and outer diameter, number and position of holes, thickness) or a technical drawing, the material or operating conditions (medium, temperature, pressure), the quantity and the required date. If something is missing, we complete it together during the technical review.
Yes. You can send your sample to Yayla Mah. Cami Sok. No:35 İç Kapı No:1, Şişli / Istanbul, Türkiye; we kindly ask you to include a note with your company name and contact details inside the package. Dimensions are taken from the sample and production starts after your approval.
PDF and DXF for technical drawings, JPG or PNG for photos. You can send files to info@suarotitan.com or to our WhatsApp line with your request number. A photo with measurements is often enough for an initial review.
We respond to quotes the same day. The production lead time depends on material, quantity and die requirements and is stated in the quote. Ready orders are prepared for shipment until 16:00 on weekdays.
The feasible quantity depends on the size, material and cutting method. Simply state the quantity you need in your request and we will confirm feasibility and unit price with the quote.
