Our Emphasis on Quality in Production

We focus on material selection, dimensional suitability, and application requirements in gasket production. If needed, our existing quality certificates and technical product information will be shared.

Certification

  • ISO 9001:2015Quality management systemGasket and sealing element manufacturing, export, and contract manufacturing have been certified. It stipulates that processes must be documented, traceable, and repeatable.
  • ISO 14001:2015Environmental management systemCutting waste, oil, and solvent management are included. It requires waste and energy consumption to be recorded.
  • OHSAS 18001:2007Occupational health and safetyIt covers risk assessment and the implementation of preventive measures in the production area. It has been replaced by the ISO 45001 standard.
  • ISO 10002:2014Customer complaint managementRegulates the recording and resolution of export customer return and complaint processes.

Material and technology

The right material, in the right place

A gasket can only fulfill its function if it is made from a material suitable for the temperature, pressure, and fluid it will be working with. Below are the four main material families in our program and their typical operating ranges.

MLS Multi-layered steel

Stainless spring steel functional bead geometry between layers. Elastomer coating fills micro-surface imperfections.

GRF Expanded graphite

Graphite reinforced with stainless steel wire mesh or perforated sheet. High creep resistance in thermal cycling.
